The Nava Rose & Her Massive TikTok Empire

Alexa Jade a.k.a. The Nava Rose is a 30-year-old fashion influencer who gained popularity by posting amazing DIY outfits she would design and then bring to life. She started her internet journey on YouTube and Instagram but in August of 2019 she posted her first TikTok seeking to expand her internet notoriety. She has since gained a following of 5.5 million followers on TikTok, over 4 times the amount of subscribers Jade has over on YouTube.
Jade started making YouTube videos on February of 2013, today she has 1.25 million subscribers. This example of Jade's following on TikTok growing exceedingly faster than her YouTube account is not unusual among other creators. TikTok is one of a kind in the sense that anyone can make it big on the platform, regardless of if you came from a large following on another social media app or if this is your first account ever.
Jade's TikTok videos get anywhere from 200,000 to 5,000,000 views per post. She posts mostly outfit inspiration videos with some other lifestyle videos and the occasional TikTok trend.
The Nava Rose isn't only on TikTok for fun though, she does sponsored ads every once in a while, with such a large following these posts likely bring in a pretty big paycheck. Social media today isn't just for fun, it's a job for many, including Jade.
TikTok has become one of the fastest growing social media platforms, and The Nava Rose seems to have joined the party at the perfect time.
