I began working at Taps Bar & Grill at age 16 as a hostess. It is here I learned the crucial skill of customer service. At age 18 I was promoted to being a server, this specific job required efficiency and the ability to multitask. Then at age 20, I started bartending shortly before moving to Manhattan for school. Bartending helped strengthen my already strong skills and truly master them.
